Organisation is leading Real Estate- Week End Villa Project Industry located at Ahmedabad.

Required Education: B.E Civil & Masters in civil Engineering with min 10 Years Experience in Real Estate Indsutry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee all phases of real estate development projects Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources Ensure compliance with zoning laws and regulations Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers Monitor construction progress and quality standards Facilitate communication among project team members Resolve issues and conflicts as they arise Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Proven experience in real estate project management *Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency with project management software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
