Job Summary

:

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to manage and coordinate logistics and supply chain initiatives for a packaging business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement within a logistics or supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

Project Planning and Coordination

Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Resource Management

Allocate and manage internal and external resources to meet project demands. Ensure team members have access to the tools, information, and support necessary for success.

Stakeholder Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and proactively address concerns or issues.

Budget and Cost Control

Monitor project expenditures and maintain alignment with approved budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities and obtain approvals for any budget modifications.

Risk Management

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans. Address and resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.

Quality Assurance

Ensure all logistics processes comply with company policies and industry standards. Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold operational excellence.

Reporting and Documentation

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting summaries, and stakeholder communications. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management as required.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP,) Prince 2 or equivalent certification is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the logistics or supply chain industry.

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
