Role & Responsibilities



Coordinate and track project activities, timelines, and deliverables. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting notes. Generate weekly/monthly project reports on progress. Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-ups. Maintain up-to-date records systems. Support project communication by drafting memos, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements



Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
