Collaborate with R&D, SCM, Manufacturing Operations and Quality to safeguard overall product quality, cost and delivery performance. Your responsibilities

• Developing overall production verification strategy for our supply chain as well as for any internal manufacturing. Collaborate with R&D, SCM, Manufacturing Operations and Quality to manage implementation across all product lines.
• Acting as process owner for the Production Verification process across all applicable product lines.
• Managing development, deployment, and maintenance of the production verification capabilities, internally as well as in our supply chain.
• Establishing a measurement capability to ensure transparency into production results, status of production verification performance, and early detection of any production verification related issues.
• Managing the processes associated with production verification and their integration with the Quality Management System.
• Monitor and Control production verification performance against agreed targets and report status of Production Verification to GPG Management. Identify and take action to address situations where performance deviates significantly from expectations.
• Planning and performing measurement system analysis (MSA) studies on critical equipment and measurements.
• Supporting achievement of established performance targets, through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed.
• Supporting achievement of targets associated with product quality (FFR, MTBF, etc.), SCM quality (PPM, SOTD, Lead time etc.) and cost reduction.
• Seeking new trends and opportunities in production verification.
• 3 Internal manufacturing locations
• Multiple key ODM and EMS suppliers
• 6 global product Lines: Micro SCADA, RTU, Bay Level Products, COMBIFLEX, Wired Communication, Wireless Communication
• Revenues: approximately 300 MUSD
• Driving cultural change vis-à-vis Product Quality across Automation & Communication
• Reducing resolution time of any identified product issues for the benefit of our suppliers, ourselves and ultimately our customers
• Sustainable drive Product Quality performance improvement in line with customer expectations

Your background

• Educational Qualification preferable will be B.Sc/M.Sc in engineering (electrical or mechanical)
• 5+ years of proven experience from managing and maintaining a production verification system for electronics and electrical equipment
• Experience in handling complex quality problems, troubleshoot quality and conformance issues using appropriate methods and tools
• Strong international multi culture experience and communication skills.
• Strong background on Quality tools and methodologies (APQP, PPAP, SPC & MSA, etc.)
• Knowledgeable and experienced in AS9100 / TS16949/ ISO 9001 Quality systems
