Job Description

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and inventory levels.

Coordinate with stores, purchase, and dispatch departments to ensure material availability.

Allocate machine and manpower resources efficiently for smooth production flow.
*

Monitor real-time production progress and compare against planned targets.
*

Analyze delays and bottlenecks; take corrective actions as needed.
*

Ensure the correct process parameters are followed in rubber O-ring manufacturing.
*

Work closely with the Quality team to ensure output meets dimensional and quality standards.
*

Use vernier calipers and other precision instruments to verify product dimensions during in-process checks.
*

Maintain production records, reports, and performance metrics.
*

Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving strategies.
