Production Analyst:
Job Title: Production Analyst

Role Overview:

The Production Analyst will play a crucial coordination role between the Planning and Packaging departments. This position ensures the timely availability of packaging materials (cartons, boxes, inserts, etc.) as per the production plan and facilitates seamless logistics between packaging units and respective manufacturing units.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Production Planning team to understand daily and weekly vessel production schedules.
- Coordinate with the Packaging/Carton Box Team to ensure appropriate box designs are approved and produced in time.
- Maintain clear documentation for box specifications, approvals, and batch-wise allocation.
- Ensure timely transfer of packaging materials from printing units to the respective production factories.
- Act as the communication bridge between production and packaging teams to avoid delays or mismatches.
- Identify and escalate potential bottlenecks in packaging availability or logistics.
- Track packaging material consumption and maintain updated inventory records.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in production planning or packaging roles (preferably in manufacturing/FMCG).
- Take responsibility and hold accountability in work activities to ensure closure of all tasks.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows and packaging processes.
- Ability to work with multiple team players and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
