What You Will Do:

As a Product Owner at N.A.Mobility, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of transportation products. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of our transportation products. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for technology, a deep understanding of transportation industry trends, and a proven track record of delivering successful products.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our transportation solutions.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay abreast of industry trends to inform product decisions.

Requirement Gathering and Prioritization:

Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, to gather and prioritize product requirements.

Create and maintain a product backlog, ensuring that features align with business goals and user needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure a cohesive and successful product development process.

Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between various teams to drive product success.

User Experience and Design:

Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly transportation products.

Champion user-centric design principles and ensure that the product meets high standards of usability.

Agile Development:

Act as a key member of an Agile development team, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Prioritize and groom the backlog to ensure that development efforts are focused on delivering maximum value.

Quality Assurance:

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Conduct testing and validation to ensure that products meet defined standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Product Owner in the transportation or logistics industry.

Strong understanding of transportation industry trends, challenges, and emerging technologies.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
