Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Extensive domain knowledge in Wealth Management Advisor Compensation within a large financial firm. Strong product management experience with expertise in financial services and compensation tools. Expertise in AI applications for financial analytics, automation, and predictive modeling. Advanced technical proficiency in databases, SQL queries, and financial data analysis. Experience writing JIRA stories and managing software development processes. Proven leadership experience in managing product teams and executing strategic initiatives.
