About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement marketing and retention strategies to drive Company growth
2. Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment with the company\'s goals and objectives
3. Monitor and report on the progress of projects, providing updates to the CEO on a daily basis
4. Undertake A/B testing and analyze the results to optimize marketing campaigns and user experience
5. Create user funnels to identify key drop-off points and optimize user engagement.
6. Utilize knowledge of digital marketing and Google Ads to execute effective advertising campaigns
7. Work with the analytics team to gain insights from data using tools like Amplitude and use those insights to refine strategies and improve product performance
8. Oversee the execution of all operational aspect

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2. Proven experience in digital marketing and Google Ads
3. Familiarity with A/B testing and analyzing campaign performance
4. Thorough knowledge of user funnel creation and optimization
5. Proficiency in using analytics tools like Amplitude or similar platforms
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
9. Prior experience in a similar role would be a plus
