You are not afraid to think outside the box and take bold steps to achieve success. I. Product Research & Conceptualization 1. Study the ins and outs of the PCmarket - both enthusiast and overall - to create the best possible product-market fit 2. Analyze Sandbox\xe2\x80\x99s current SKUs and refine/remove/introduce products as necessary 3. Stay on top of current trends and themes and create new SKUs to satisfy customer demand II. Sales & Market Segmentation 1. Be the face of the company - interact with customers and clients
2. Find new avenues of business and customer segments, and ways to better address existing customer segments
3. Predict and address clients\xe2\x80\x99 and customers\xe2\x80\x99 objectives
4. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers III. Product Expertise & PC Building Training 1. Improve knowledge about every aspect of PC hardware and how individual components come together to create cohesive Sandboxes 2. Get trained on building Sandbox PCs and find ways to streamline the process and make it as efficient as possible 3. Study the market and industry developments to stay ahead of upcoming hardware launches and determine how Sandbox can incorporate the same in its product line IV. Customer Consultation 1. Consult with customers in the pre-purchase stage to advise them on the best possible product or custom config for them 2. Provide the superior customer experience Sandbox is known for at every customer touchpoint 3. Implement best practices w.r.t. customer interaction, understand requirements, and address them with technical expertise and emotional intelligence V. Sandbox Setup 1. Ensure smooth and seamless end-to-end order fulfillment - from order confirmation to delivery and setup 2. Interact with the customer onsite and set up their PC to their liking, thereby delivering the Sandbox experience VI. Relationship Management 1. Liaise with suppliers and partners, and ensure the best possible commercial and business relationship for Sandbox VII. Anything else that comes up, as things evolve Job Types: Full-time, Internship
