Dear Candidate, We are looking for Process Trainers for our Company. Position Title: Process Trainer Process: International Language Interpreter Site : Mumbai Reports Directly to: Business Unit Manager Position Overview Process Trainer is responsible to ensure that all process training is completed accurately in the given scheduled hours. Assisting the Business Unit Manager in meeting the clients needs with respect to training of new joiners. Minimum Qualifications Education: HSC or any Business Degree Experience: At least two year experience in training agents for a customer service process
Conducting process training for new agents.
Adherence to training processes, training schedule, training timelines and accuracy of training material defined internally as well as by the client
Ensure higher training success rate (% of agents successfully trained and certified as per internal as well as client parameters)
Demonstrating innovation in training and assessment of agents
Drive C-Sat to add value to the Process and customer
Designing training module and updating it as and when required
Increasing the customer service skills of trainees in terms of enhancing telephone etiquette, communication and listening skills
Doing Training Need Analysis (TNA) and identify the gaps between the expected and current capability
Must have excellent presentation and communication skills.

Please Note we require trainers with fluency in either of the below languages ( English is a mandate plus any regional language) 1. English Urdu 2. English Punjabi 3. English Gujarati Candidates who have trained on International Customer Service background preferred.
