Job Summary:

We are looking for a warm, caring, and enthusiastic

Preschool Teacher

to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a nurturing personality to foster a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment Use storytelling, songs, play-based learning, and creative arts to engage children Maintain open communication with parents regarding child development and progress Observe and assess children's performance and behavior, and maintain records accordingly Promote positive behavior and ensure emotional well-being of each child Assist in organizing school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a secure environment

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in any stream (mandatory) ECCEd / B.Ed / Montessori training certification (preferred) 0-2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, patient, and compassionate approach toward children Good command of spoken and written English Creative, energetic, and organized
