Role Overview
As a PPC Manager, you'll plan, implement, and manage end-to-end paid media strategies for a variety of clients across industries. Your core responsibility will be to ensure
strong ROI, improved conversions, and cost-effective ad spend
while managing accounts with precision.
What You'll Do
Develop, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Work with both domestic and global clients across diverse industries.
Conduct deep keyword research, competitor audits, and audience segmentation for better targeting.
Track campaign KPIs and provide performance analysis with actionable recommendations.
Manage budgets and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and minimize cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
Write engaging ad copy and coordinate with designers to create effective visuals and landing pages.
Run A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, bids, and user experience.
Deliver structured and insightful reports on campaign performance to internal teams and clients.
Stay current with evolving PPC trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-3+ years of hands-on experience running PPC campaigns (Google Ads certification is a plus).
Proven track record managing both
international and domestic client accounts
.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and results clearly.
Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Tag Manager, and Excel.
Experience with landing page optimization tools like Instapage or Unbounce is a bonus.
Strong multitasking abilities and deadline-driven mindset.
