Job description

• 4-6 years relevant experience in PostgreSQL database administration.
• Experience with Database installation, patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Implement and monitor database health checks, alerting systems, and performance metrics. Monitor database performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Diagnose and resolve database issues, including performance bottlenecks, connectivity problems, and data integrity concerns.
• Knowledge of database design principles, query optimization, index management, integrity checks, statistics, and isolation levels.
• Expert in SQL, functions, triggers, and views.
• Knowledge of JSON and PostgreSQL support for JSON.
• Ability to efficiently write database code without compromising data quality, privacy, or security.
• Experience in Linux Shell scripting to automate database activities.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications
