. Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts. r r . Finding and fixing faults and recalibrating instruments. r r . Oiling and cleaning machinery and parts. r r . Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule. r r . Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns. r r . Organizing routine servicing schedules. r r . Allocating work to a team of fitters or may be require independently. r r . Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate. r r . Fitting new parts. r r . Carrying out quality inspections. r r . Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns. r r . Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed. r r . Organizing teams to make sure 24-hour cover is available. r r . Monitoring, setting and maintenance of the all the pharma equipments. r r Candidate Requirement: r r . Maintenance and electrical/mechanical experience and electrical qualifications. r r . This is a hands on job requiring engineering skill levels to technician level or similar/higher. r r . Knowledge of with electrical and mechanical maintenance procedures in manufacturing industry. r r . Conversant with H&S rules,regulations and best practices. r r . Knowledge of manual handling of pharma production machinery. r r . Enthusiastic. r r . Ability to work as part of a team. r r . Be able to perform a highly physical job. r r . Comfortable working at height. r r . Ability to clearly and concisely record information as per SOP. r r . Must be able to prioritise workload. r r . Excellent communicator. r r . Flexible, as early starts or late finishes may be required and trustworthy
