• To ensure that all drugs are stored and dispensed correctly.r
• To check the accuracy of the dosages prepared.r
• Maintain proper recordsr
• Preparation of billsr
• Co-ordinate over all pharmaceutical needs of the patientr
• Framed policies and procedures are followedr
• Maintain professional competence.r
• Communicate with all pharmacy staffs.r
• Keep record such as pharmacy files, patients profiles, charge system files, inventories, registries of poisons, narcotics or controlled drugs.r
• Plan, implement, or maintain procedures for mixing, packing, or labeling, pharmaceuticals, according to policy and legal requirements, to ensure quality, security and proper disposal.r

• Identification of drugs brought into the hospitalr
• Obtaining patients medication historyr
• Assist in the selection of drug productsr
• Monitor patients total drug therapyr
• Counseling patients 6. Participating in cardio-pulmonary emergenciesr
• Compound and dispense medications as prescribed by doctor and weighing, measuring and mixing ingredients.r
• Review prescriptions from doctors to ensure accuracy, to ascertain the needed ingredients, and to evaluate their suitability for the patientr
• Provide information and advice about drugs, their side effects, correct dosage, and proper storager
• Advise customers on the selection of medication brands, medical equipment, or healthcare suppliesr

• Ensure that all drugs are handled properlyr
• Participate in pulmonary emergenciesr
• Provide education and training for pharmacistsr
• Work with other health care professionals to plan, monitor, review, or evaluate the quality or effectiveness of drugsr
• Order and purchase pharmaceutical supplies, medical supplies, or drugs, maintaining stock and storing and handling it properly.r
