We are looking for a highly driven and experienced

Performance Marketing & SMO Expert

to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid cross-border role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact performance marketing campaigns while also driving an intelligent and engaging social media strategy across key platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize, launch, and optimize

ROI-focused

performance marketing campaigns across

Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

, and

LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Develop, execute, and monitor robust

SMO strategies

to enhance brand presence and engagement. Analyze campaign data using tools such as

Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Google Data Studio, and prepare performance reports.

Collaborate with the creative, content, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities. Manage multiple projects, timelines, and performance goals across India and Dubai markets.
Candidate Requirements:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in

Performance Marketing

and

Social Media Optimization (SMO)

Proficiency with

Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and related platforms

Expertise in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Data Studio Strong communication, collaboration, and reporting skills Ability to manage international campaigns and performance across diverse markets Must possess a valid passport and be ready for occasional travel to Dubai Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Must be open to Dubai-standard compensation and flexible travel arrangements
