Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven
PCD Sales & Marketing Executive
for our Ophthalmic Medicines segment. The ideal candidate should have
minimum 1 year of experience in ophthalmic pharmaceutical sales and marketing
, specifically in the PCD model.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage PCD franchise partners for the ophthalmic product range.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territories.
Promote ophthalmic medicines to potential clients, distributors, and business associates.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the distribution network.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide product information, promotional support, and guidance to franchise partners.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the ophthalmic segment.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing, dispatch, and client support.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis as required by management.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in PCD sales and marketing of ophthalmic medicines.
Strong knowledge of ophthalmic products and the PCD business model.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building business relationships.
Willingness to travel for business development across assigned territories.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
