Job Description

At Evox care Pharmaceutical Pvt Ltd, we are looking for a Packaging Supervisor to oversee the packaging department. The Packaging Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all products are properly packaged and labeled according to company standards. They will also be responsible for training and supervising packaging staff, as well as troubleshooting any packaging issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a packaging environment, as well as experience supervising and training staff. They must also be able to work well under pressure and be able to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently. Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Schedule and coordinate packaging team members to meet production demands
• Train new hires on properpackaging procedures and company policies
• Inspect products for defects and quality assurance
• Assist in the development of packaging prototypes
• Work with vendors to procure packaging materials
• Negotiate pricing for packaging materials
• Manage inventory of packaging materials
• Develop and implement packaging process improvements
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth product flow
• Generate reports on packaging department productivity
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory agencies

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business,engineering, or related field
• 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a packaging or production environment
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, engineering, or related field
• 4+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a packaging or production environment
• Experience with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodology
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 - 935,000.00 per month Schedule:
