Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Experience in General Ledger/Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Assets: Functional experience in Workday Finance modules
• Ability to drive design sessions for Finance modules and hands on experience in configuring business processes.
• Experience in Data conversion in Finance.
• Ability to help customers resolve functional issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solutions.
• Should be able to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective & efficient application configuration.
• Expertise in business process configuration, building validation/condition rules, setting up notifications
• Knowledge on Custom fields, custom reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports
• Knowledge of Workday Security and Reporting
• Knowledge of various data sources available and how to use them
• Knowledge in creating and troubleshooting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
• Knowledge on using Customer Central for configuration and migration

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Workday Finance Certified.
• Three or more end to end Workday Finance Implementation Experience.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Financials Accounting, Cash and Business Assets
