Role- Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant
Np-Immediate
Exp-7-10 years ,reveant-5+ years
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Pune/Noida .
Fast formula skill is mandatory for any profile in the Absence/OTL/Payroll space. Requirement Fusion HCM Functional Consultant - Pay OTL Comp and Benefits Core Absence
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 5years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules
- Should have at least 3 to 4 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant.
- Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
- Should have done to end to end implementation for two of the below modules o Fusion Compensation and Benefits . Good to have the knowledge on below modules o Fusion Time and Labor o Fusion Core HR
- Should be able to write Fast formulas . Should have good communication and presentation skills
- Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation Qualification BE or Post Graduation, MBA in HR domain. Level of Experience
