to manage day-to-day coordination between our washers, ironers, delivery team, and CRM/customer support team. This is a
key role
responsible for ensuring that laundry operations run smoothly, orders are processed on time, and internal communication flows effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily workflows between washing, ironing, and delivery teams to avoid delays or mix-ups.
Work closely with the
CRM team
to track urgent orders, escalations, and customer instructions.
Prepare and update the
daily team rosters
to ensure proper shift coverage.
Ensure all orders are processed on time and dispatched as per SLA.
Maintain the
order management dashboard
to flag any stuck/delayed orders and follow up for resolution.
Act as the
first point of contact
for internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
Maintain logs of daily issues and ensure learnings are applied in future processes.
Coordinate with delivery boys for pickups/drop-offs when changes or exceptions arise.
Take ownership of
order readiness tracking
and highlight capacity mismatches.
Support the operations lead/founder in any ad hoc duties related to workflow improvement.
