The Operations Executive is responsible for supporting daily business activities, coordinating between departments, ensuring efficient workflow, and helping implement operational strategies. Oversee and support daily operational processes and ensure smooth functioning.
Coordinate with different departments (logistics, sales, admin, finance) to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain records.
Assist in planning and implementing operational improvements and process optimization.
Handle documentation, data entry, and reporting tasks as required.
Follow up on deadlines and ensure team adherence to schedules.
Respond to customer or vendor queries and support issue resolution.
Generate and maintain operational reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
