Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development and Implementation:

Nursery teachers design and implement engaging lesson plans, activities, and programs that align with the developmental needs of the children.

Classroom Management:

They manage the classroom environment, including scheduling, staffing, and ensuring a positive, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for children, parents, and staff.

Assessment and Communication:

Regularly assess children's progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their development.

Child Development:

They nurture and foster the development of essential skills, such as language, communication, problem-solving, fine and gross motor skills, and social interactions.

Safety and Health:

Maintain a safe and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety standards.

Parental Communication:

Nursery teachers foster strong relationships with children, encouraging positive social interactions and emotional growth, and communicating effectively with parents about their child's progress.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices, according to himalayas.app.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to children's attendance, health, and progress
