NTT DATAServices currently seeks aFusion Compensationto join our team in Hyderab
ad, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).


Need a resource to help build out the compensation module in Fusion.
Here are some functional requirements that we will need in the resources:

Compensation module
Create structure for job families and job codes; common set of knowledge and ski
lls within a function

Create structure for job family guides and job descriptions within a function

Develop workflow for job leveling, compensation, etc.


Bonus module
Build structure/mechanism to be able to easily incorporate outside salary survey
market data(i.e. Radford, Towers, etc.) into comp structure

Explore/Build functionality where comp review spreadsheet can be completed offli
ne (DL Excel file from Fusion) and then re-uploaded into Fusion later with manag
er recommendations.


Merit increases
Captures rating from performance module to calculate merit and awards

Based on rating(s), recommended merit PERCENT 25 presented in manager worksheet
based on matrix developed by Natus

Displays managers budget and spend in total amount by country in local currency
with instant refresh for direct managers and in drill down for subordinate manag
ers

System should provide audit history of changes made after initial manager submit
s input

System follows approval flow as defined by Natus

System allows assignment of regional administrators and a global administrator r
ole

After lockout, managers retain read only access

Rollup report (views) with various data slices

System can handle hybrid, prorated calculations for those changing plans mid-yea
r

Common view of master rollup to VP/GM, CFO, CEO

Budget planning and scenario modeling by plan, country, etc.

Displays range percent pre/post increase recommendation by manager

Actual recommendations of managers are entered in separate field so original rec
ommendation stays visible for reference

Allows manager to enter either a PERCENT 25 or $ amount

Delivers soft and hard warnings based on our designations

Exception amounts flow to HR support for review. Manager should not be able to c
omplete final submission without approval flow through HR

When lower level submits to second level manager, need functionality for approve
or reject with comment back in to do section

Each level has maximum days to complete submission with lockout at deadline

Managers, HR, etc. (roles) have ability to review status reflecting progress tow
ards completion throughout cycle (i.e. dashboard or BIP Reports)

Corporate HR reviews and activates final processing

System creates employee letters, i.e. merit, bonus, promotions, etc.

For bonus and salary plans, budgets are pro-rated at the individual level by sta
rt date within the year

Delivers soft/hard warnings for unusual high or low PERCENT 25, attempts to exc
eed the maximum; flows to HRBP for review and approvals
