Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Candidate shall be responsible for assisting the sales head for the PAN India sales of our JV Euthalia's Antimpatto technology lightning prevention systems to institutional customers, MNCs, and sectors such as infrastructure, oil and gas, defence, and telecommunications.

2. Should have prior experience in Sales, Marketing, Regional Business Development, Project Engineering, Execution, and Maintenance of lightning protection/prevention/arresting systems.

3. Communicate and work with other departments as necessary to resolve unique customer issues/concerns.

4. To coordinate with the installation/tech team for Installation, operation, inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and tests for the Antimpatto technology lightning prevention systems, ensuring optimal performance.

5. Maintaining complete, accurate, and regulatory-compliant documentation related to product installations and customer interactions.

6. Conduct training sessions for customers on the proper usage, maintenance, and safety protocols of the Antimpatto technology

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely, effective, and ongoing technical support

8. Collect technical feedback from clients during field visits and relay insights to the product development team to drive improvements.

9. Conduct site surveys to evaluate client needs and recommend custom solutions tailored to their specific requirements for lightning prevention.

10. Participate in technical seminars and presentations, demonstrating Euthalia's products to potential customers and industry professionals.

11. Report regularly to the Sales Head on field activities, technical challenges, and customer feedback to ensure alignment with sales goals and strategies.

12. Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Skills Required:

1. Should have prior experience in Sales, Marketing, Regional Business Development, Project Engineering, Execution, and Maintenance of lightning protection/prevention/arresting systems.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills to present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

3. Proven experience in providing on-site technical support, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical or protective systems.

4. Familiarity with lightning protection or electrical grounding systems is a plus, though not mandatory. Willingness to learn Euthalia's proprietary technology.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, delivering technical support, and managing client relationships effectively.

6. Ability to travel extensively across India to provide on-site technical services, including installations, inspections, and emergency repairs.

7. Experience in training clients on product usage, maintenance, and safety protocols. Ability to conduct seminars or demonstrations of Euthalia's systems when needed.

8. Strong skills in maintaining detailed technical documentation, including service reports, installation logs, and compliance documentation

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related field (preferred).

MBA in Marketing (added advantage).
