Hi Greetings From Mangal Management Services We require Gas Bottling industry inspection Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical engineering background having Graduation/diploma in Engg with min 60% of mark. Minimum experience for Graduate Engineer is 3 years in inspection activity and for Diploma is 6 years in inspection activity.

JOB LOCATION :- MADHYA PRADESH & CHATTISGARH


Inspection of LPG cylinder bottling equipment and subsequent quality check process.


Ensuring proper working of Multi-Function Machine (MFM) at all the times. - Random check only.


Ensuring continuous functioning of Pre-'O' ring machine and calibration of the same at regularfrequency.


Ensuring proper working of Vision Reader Unit. - Random check only.


(Periodic check of Calibration setting of check scale and WCU, VLD and OLD, ensuring continuouspresence of valve leak test cylinder in VL conveyor loop.


The calibration encompasses all the weighing scales of 10kg, 14.2kg, 19kg, 47.5kg and 425kg fillingmachines, allied check scales and weight correction units.


Ensuring continuous presence of 4 no's of test cylinders in OD conveyor loop i.e., cylinder with Cap,Upper Lip Cut O-Ring Cylinder, Lower Lip Cut O-Ring Cylinder and Without O-Ring Cylinder. All fourCylinders should be Present in conveyor Loop of PT Machine at all the times and ensure properrejections.


Inspection of sealing mechanisms to ensure proper sealing of cylinders.


Ensuring RQC machine with all the allied pneumatic mechanisms are always in proper workingcondition. Calibration of RQC scales and Compact Valve Tester to be carried out once in every twohours.


RQC to be done for at least 5 % of Cylinders bottled, at random and at an interval of 1 hour for alltypes of cylinders filled at plant such as 5 kg, 14.2 kg, 19 kg, 47.5 kg, 425 kg, Nano cut, Extra Tejand Composite cylinders. As far as possible, 10 cylinders minimum RQC for each truck underloading to be done.
