Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Assist senior gynaecologists in patient consultation, diagnosis, and treatment. Conduct initial gynaecological assessments, including menstrual, fertility, pregnancy, and menopause-related issues. Support in managing antenatal, prenatal, and postnatal care for female patients. Monitor and manage common gynaecological conditions (e.g., PCOS, infections, menstrual disorders). Provide family planning and contraceptive counselling. Perform minor clinical procedures as per hospital protocol. Handle emergency gynaecological cases under supervision. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with clinical documentation norms. Collaborate with the nursing and diagnostic teams for coordinated patient care.

Key Skills:

Basic clinical knowledge in women's health Empathetic communication with female patients Ability to handle gynaec emergencies under guidance Familiarity with ultrasound interpretation is an added advantage Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including OPD, IPD, and emergency duty
