What are we looking for?
We're looking for a results-oriented Marketplace Marketing Manager to oversee brand visibility, campaign execution, and performance marketing on online marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Ajio, and Nykaa. In cooperation with internal and platform teams, you will be in charge of increasing revenue, enhancing return on investment, and carrying out seasonal and evergreen campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Ads, Display, Deals) on marketplaces.
2. Monitor key metrics like click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (ACoS/ROAS) to optimize campaigns.
3. Analyze marketplace data to identify trends, gaps in product offerings, and areas for growth.
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and improve campaign ROI.
5. Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Skills & Requirements
1. 3-6 years of experience in marketplace marketing or performance marketing, ideally in eCommerce/FMCG/fashion/D2C.
2. Deep understanding of Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, or other Indian marketplaces.
3. Strong analytical mindset with hands-on skills in Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, etc.
4. Comfort with A/B testing, CAC, and ROAS metrics.
