Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to meet business goals.
Promote hospital services through various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
Coordinate with physicians, departments, and external partners for campaign execution.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, and referring partners.
Organize and participate in health camps, seminars, and outreach programs.
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI.
Manage social media presence and collaborate with digital marketing agencies.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in all marketing activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in healthcare or service industry marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and healthcare industry trends.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in hospital or healthcare marketing.
Familiarity with CRM software and patient acquisition tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
