Manager/ Dy Manager Digital Transformation ( IT )

Our client is a large industrial house in Oil & Gas domain and they would like to fill-up following position asap.

Position : Manager/ Dy Manager - Digital Transformation ( IT )

Location : Noida

Education : B.E./B. Tech

Experience : 10+ years of Digital Transformation ( IT ) experience in Oil & Gas ( Downstream ) domain

Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience

Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :

1. Candidate will be responsible for leading the digital transformation for the organization and dealing with refinery technical teams to identify the future use cases and ensuring the implementation of identified use case.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the implementation of digital transformation projects to meet short-term and long-term strategic objectives

- Build Digital Transformation roadmap & collaborate with refinery unit heads/in-charges to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership and create structure to optimally drive transformation on newer technology stack mentioned below but not limited to:

a. Refinery Process Automation / Optimization

b. Industrial Internet of Things

c. Advance Analytics

d. Robotic Process Automation & Chatbot

e. Drone Technology

f. Augmented and Virtual Reality

g. Predictive and Prescriptive Maintenance

- Plan and conduct management reviews on the digital transformation initiatives and progress

- Identify solution opportunities through interactions with partners and refinery business groups for improved effectiveness, efficiency, and risk mitigation

- Driving significant impact to the business by executing transformational projects for different units

- Lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on defining and implementing efficient and future ready processes (Process Transformation) and operating models incorporating latest technologies

- Providing critical thinking to help teams link their strategic goals to execution plan

- Provide regular communication across the stakeholders for transparency and creating awareness on progress and impediments

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Educational Qualifications:

- B.E./B. Tech

Experience:

- 10+ years of Digital Transformation ( IT ) experience in Oil & Gas ( Downstream )

- Strong understanding of refinery operations & process areas and should have been part of digital journey in current role

- Strong solutioning skills particularly with modern technologies and architecture

- Strong Project Management skills, with focus on Digital Transformation and Customer Experience projects.

- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills

- Must be a self-starter and self-motivated

- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0

- Problem-solving mindset: Willingness and ability to get to the depth of a problem

- Managing demanding stakeholders in a positive, service-oriented way, and able to develop trust quickly, building solid, mutually respectful relationships
