Head hunting - Identifying specific profiles from ideal companies and establishing contact, engaging and hiring the specific profiles.
Sourcing - Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, professional networks, employee referrals as well as print media.
HRMS Software - Worked on any HR Software.
Experience - Minimum 3 to 5 years of Relevant (Preferable from Non IT Companies which have a High Recruitment Turnover and from a target based environment).
Qualification - MBA - HR / Bachelor's Degree
Communication - PROFICIENCY in English Mandatory.
Residence - Residing within 30 min travel distance from our Andheri (East) office.
