Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a personalized approach and deep product knowledge.
Demonstrate and explain high-end products, highlighting features and benefits.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and clienteling.
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Handle product displays, store upkeep, and inventory as per brand guidelines.
Manage point-of-sale processes, including billing and returns.
Stay updated with luxury fashion and lifestyle trends to advise clients effectively.
Key Requirements:
Education:
Graduate or pursuing graduation preferred.
Experience:
Freshers with strong communication and grooming are welcome; prior experience in luxury retail or premium customer service is an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Passionate about fashion, luxury, and customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
