We are hiring an SLP EXECUTIVE

to oversee

Security and Loss Prevention

activities for Meesho operations. This role is suitable for individuals who are detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of managing risk and compliance in a fast-paced e-commerce warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure warehouse safety, asset protection, and access control Monitor CCTV, gate entries, and daily security checks Prevent losses through audits, checks, and SOP compliance Report and investigate incidents and discrepancies Coordinate with operations for smooth shift-wise control

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in security or loss prevention roles (logistics preferred) Basic Excel and report handling skills Good understanding of warehouse audit and surveillance practices Alert, disciplined, and comfortable with rotational shifts Experience in 3PL or e-commerce environment is a plus
