Role description

Job Title:

Senior Java Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance

Java backend applications

and

microservices

. Implement

secure and scalable RESTful APIs

using

Spring Boot

and

Spring Security

. Collaborate with

architects

and

cross-functional teams

to drive system design and integration. Build and maintain

CI/CD pipelines

for automated testing and deployment. Manage containerized applications using

Docker

and orchestrate services with

Kubernetes

. Perform

code reviews

, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding best practices and standards. Troubleshoot and optimize application performance in

production environments

. Ensure compliance with

security policies

and

regulatory standards

Mandatory Technical Skills:

Core Java (Java 8 and above):

+ Deep expertise in Java fundamentals, concurrency, JVM internals, and performance tuning.

Spring Framework:

+ Hands-on experience with

Spring Boot

DevOps & Containerization:

+ Proven experience in

CI/CD pipelines

Additional Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of
