Customer Service:

Greeting and Assisting Customers:

Warmly welcoming guests, answering questions about the menu, and guiding them through the ordering process.

Taking Orders:

Accurately recording customer orders, whether at the counter, drive-thru, or through a mobile ordering system.

Addressing Customer Inquiries and Concerns:

Resolving complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Promoting Products:

Suggesting menu items, upselling, and informing customers about promotions or deals.
Food and Beverage Preparation:

Following Recipes and Procedures:

Preparing food items according to established recipes and quality standards.

Maintaining Food Safety and Hygiene:

Adhering to strict food safety guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and preparation of ingredients.

Preparing Drinks and Beverages:

Making a variety of hot and cold drinks, ensuring accuracy and presentation.

Assisting in Kitchen Operations:

Some team members may help with basic food preparation tasks like chopping vegetables, marinating meats, or making fresh pasta.
Operational Duties:

Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization:

Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, tables, and common areas, including restrooms.

Handling Transactions:

Accurately processing payments, handling cash, and managing the cash register.

Stocking and Replenishing Supplies:

Ensuring adequate levels of food, beverages, and other supplies are available.

Working as a Team:

Collaborating with other team members to fulfill orders efficiently, especially during peak hours.

Following Safety and Security Procedures:

Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to safety and security.
