Job Summary: Remark HR is seeking an ambitious and client-focused Key Account Executive (Sales Manager) to drive strategic growth by managing high-value corporate accounts and securing new business opportunities. You'll be at the forefront of consultative selling, offering tailored HR and staffing solutions that help our clients succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with key corporate clients to maximize revenue
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Acquire new business through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with senior stakeholders
Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Track account health and sales performance through CRM systems
Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights to leadership
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in HR or B2B services
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
