We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Delight Executive for a dynamic role focused on ensuring exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term loyalty. This position acts as the bridge between the company and our customers, aiming to exceed expectations through proactive problem-solving, personalized interactions, and a commitment to creating memorable customer moments.

Responsibilities:



Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate resolutions. Assist customers via

email, chat, and phone

with a focus on empathy and clarity. Collaborate with

Marketing, Production, and Logistics

teams to address customer concerns. Collect and document customer feedback to help improve products and services. Work with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a high standard of communication and professionalism in all interactions.

Experience:



0-1 years in a customer service or similar role. Languages:

Hindi & Malayalam (mandatory)

. Kannada/Telugu is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Passion for delivering

excellent

customer service. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?200,000.00 per year
