Sales Executive

to join our team in Gurgaon. If you have a flair for customer service and a proven track record in retail sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and guide them through our extensive collection of silver jewelry (necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets, etc.).

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of 92.5 Sterling Silver, hallmarking, jewelry care, and current trends to effectively communicate value and purity to customers.

Achieve Sales Targets:

Actively work to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals, ensuring high conversion rates and average transaction value.

Inventory & Visual Merchandising:

Assist in managing store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and maintaining the visual appeal and cleanliness of the display cases and sales floor.

Point-of-Sale (POS) Operations:

Accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges using the POS system and handle cash and card transactions efficiently.

Build Relationships:

Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and positive referrals.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma (12th Grade) or equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

2 years of proven retail sales experience

, preferably in jewelry, luxury goods, or high-end fashion.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and English proficiency is required). A confident, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor. Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities. Knowledge of basic computer and POS operations.
