1. Assisting in sourcing & screening of the best talent from diverse sources
2. Working to clarify the profiles for which recruitment is to be done with the department head
3. Organizing interviews of the screened candidates with the respective department head
4. Assisting in the review and update of company job descriptions
5. Evaluating the candidate's skills and competencies including communication skills, interpersonal skills and confidence level.
6. Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
