IT Recruiter

with 1-3 years of experience in

end-to-end recruitment

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring across multiple IT roles, including

Full Stack Developers, Backend Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA Professionals, and AI/ML Engineers

.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This role demands a strong understanding of technical requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers Source candidates using job portals, social platforms, and networking Maintain and update recruitment reports and databases Ensure timely closures of open positions

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT recruitment (1-3 years) Ability to recruit across various tech stacks Strong understanding of technical terms and skillsets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be based in

Gurgaon

or willing to relocate

Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
