Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter (IT & Sales) to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for technical (IT) and non-technical (Sales) roles, ensuring the hiring of top talent aligned with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Referrals, etc.)
Handle full-cycle recruitment: screening, shortlisting, scheduling, feedback, offer rollout & onboarding
Understand hiring needs for IT roles (e.g., developers, DevOps, QA) and Sales/BD profiles
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to fulfill open positions
Conduct initial HR interviews and skill assessments
Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports using ATS or HRIS tools
Promote employer branding on job boards and social media
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR is a plus)
5+ years of proven experience in recruiting IT and Sales professionals
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple positions under tight timelines
Familiarity with ATS (KEKA/Zoho) is an added advantage
