Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company's IT infrastructure, supporting users, and ensuring the smooth and secure operation of all IT systems. This role requires hands-on experience with networks, hardware, software, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and other IT equipment. Manage network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls. Provide technical support to end-users across departments (hardware/software troubleshooting). Administer and monitor Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other businesscritical platforms. Maintain data backups and disaster recovery procedures. Monitor system performance and resolve any issues that may arise. Ensure IT security through access controls, antivirus, and firewall management. Collaborate with vendors for procurement and support of IT hardware/software. Document IT processes, assets, and configurations. Train users on new technologies and systems. Participate in IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, or office expansions
.Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
. o 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or infrastructure roles. o

Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server environments.

Experience with networking concepts and hardware (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS). Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft 365, AWS, or Google Cloud. Good understanding of cybersecurity practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSA, or equivalent. Experience with virtual machines (VMware, Hyper-V). Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash). Salary: Up To 35K
