About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Job posting, interview scheduling, coordination, and candidate outreach, through ATS.
2. Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific requirements for the positions.
3. Create and maintain a tracker for referrals shared by team members, ensuring all referral details are accurately recorded and followed up.
4. Assist in the pending employment verification process with timely completion.
5. Work closely with the People & Culture team to assist in follow-ups and other HR activities as needed.
6. Provide support in organizing and executing people & culture initiatives.
7. Prepare presentations and Canva posters as needed.

Other requirements
1. Fresher or 6 monthsexperience in HR.
2. MBA-HR or post-graduate degree in relevant domain preferred.
3. Tech comfort and willingness to learn quickly.
4. Candidates interested in social enterprises as a means of creating impact is an
advantage.
5. Good communication of spoken and written fluency in Hindi & English.
6. Should have Excel, presentation making, and Canva skills
