Job Description



Some Base Responsibilities (Not Limited to):

  • Finding the Prospective leads and selling an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) called Talsuite (that gives you a visual representation of your candidates across various stages of your hiring process)
  • Collect the required information from prospects for demos.
  • Prospecting and sales closure over the phone. Cold calling and finding prospective clients
  • Fixing an appointment with the decision-makers for the demonstration of the tool.
  • Responsible for Lead Generation, Email marketing, Cold calling, Market Research and finding prospective clients Responsible for data extraction and detail level research on the company targeted
  • Manage, maintain and update the call responses in a database and regular follow up with the prospects.
  • Execution and Deployment of Email campaigns. Aggressive follow-ups & co-ordination.
