We are looking for a dynamic and confident individual who can handle customer communication, generate leads, and follow up with potential clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, sharing product details & quotations, and supporting the sales team in conversions.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to/from potential and existing customers.
Generate new leads via online research, directories, and databases.
Explain product features and pricing to customers (mainly Interactive Flat Panels, Smart Class Solutions).
Share quotations and follow up regularly.
Maintain and update CRM or lead sheets regularly.
Coordinate with the sales team for on-site meetings or demos.
Provide after-sales communication or support as needed.
