Position's General Duties and Tasks

In these roles you will be responsible for:

• As an integral part of the NTT Data Consulting Team, the person will be responsible for leading the discussions with client from a business perspective.
• Candidate will work with NTT data consulting and digital PMO practice.
• Interacting with the technical team to ensure that the requirements are clear and well understood

• Planning and implementing project management strategies, based on templates and toolsets.
• Ensuring project parameters meet clients agreed-upon needs and expectations.
• Monitoring existing projects to ensure timely execution and completion.
• Gathering and analysing project data to identify its weaknesses and resolve any time-related or budgetary snags.
• Quality Control over all Project/Programme level reporting
• Programme administration tasks
• Tracking of programme RAID, plans, resources, and financials/budgets

Requirements for this role include:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a PMO analyst, project manager, or a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools.
• PMO experience in waterfall and preferably agile
• Strong Excel Skills and Full MS Suite
• Experience of Clarity (or similar tool)
• Good communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions with customers
• Engineering + MBA degree is preferred

Preferences: - Optional (nice-to-have's)

• Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our client.
• Commerce graduate with English as a compulsory subject
