Work Location:-

Bagmane Solarium City Campus, Dodda Nekkundi Extension, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037.

Work Timings :- 09:00AM to 06:00PM & 06:00PM to 02:00AM (Rotational Shifts) - 06 Days Working

Key Responsibilities

Provide first aid, emergency care, and treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses. Conduct periodic and return-to-work medical examinations. Maintain accurate employee health records and ensure confidentiality. Monitor and manage workplace hazards, promoting occupational health and safety standards. Conduct health screenings (e.g., vision, hearing, blood pressure, diabetes checks). Ensure compliance with government health and safety regulations. Assist in accident/incident investigation and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing. Licensed/registered nurse in accordance with local regulations. First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Knowledge of occupational health laws, safety standards, and risk management. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
