We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Engineer to join our dynamic SaaS team. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, configuring solutions to meet business needs, integrating systems, and ensuring a smooth and successful product deployment. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
Configure and customize SaaS applications to meet customer needs.
Lead client onboarding and product implementation projects from start to finish.
Integrate the SaaS platform with third-party systems via APIs or middleware.
Provide technical support and guidance during implementation and post-go-live phases.
Document implementation plans, configurations, and client-specific solutions.
Work cross-functionally with product, support, and engineering teams to ensure client success.
Deliver training sessions and product walkthroughs to client stakeholders.
Proactively identify potential roadblocks and provide solutions to avoid delays.
Continuously improve implementation processes and contribute to knowledge base.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in software implementation, technical support, or related roles in a SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, and cloud technologies.
Hands-on experience with SQL, scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.), and data mapping.
Knowledge of integration tools and protocols (REST, JSON, XML, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
