Job Description
r r 1. She/he should be able to perform all the responsibilities mentioned in the OS job description and also should be able to prepare HR policies and procedures in consultation with the management related to below mentioned HR activities.r r a. Design and implement Employee welfare measures and promotion policies.
r b. Assess and Identify training needs to design and conduct training programs.
r c. Preparing and Implementing the Employee appraisal.
r d. Preparation and monitoring attendance and leave policy
r e. Prepare the job profiles and job descriptions.
r f. Improvement in recruitment and selection process
r g. Understanding and preparing pay scales, salary structures and preparations of salary budget, wages and salary polices.
r Command over all statutory compliances like ESI, PF and its adherence
r Essential to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, command over MS word and Excel
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: Consumer Durables/FMCG, IT-Hardware/Networking
